Acai inniheldur 30 sinnum meira polyphenols en rauðvín og 3-6 sinnum meira polyphenols sem er í bláberjum. Ferskt Acai hefur ORAC gildi 184 μmolTE / g samanborið við ræktaðar á 32 bláberjum og villt bláberja 61 μmolTE / g. Duftið má blanda í vatn, safa og smoothies og veitir meira en 6.000 ORAC einingar dagsskammti af 3g.

Orka acai kemur frá lífsnauðsynlegum fitusýrum. Acai inniheldur fjölómettaðar omega 6 (3%) og ein-ómettaður Omega 9 (13%). Megnið af kolvetnaneyslu (67% í heildina) á neyslu acaidufti samanstendur af trefjum (62,5%) .
